Whipped cream drips down my cheek, mingling with my tears as I pick mini-marshmellows and mandarin orange from my hair, dropping them into the gold-plated sink. A flush reverberates from the giant clam shell behind me. The bivalve opens slowly, lute music piping in from a sound system I didn’t even know the bathroom had. A cloud of pink fog billows out, clearing to reveal Aphrodite. She descends, taking the sink next to me, the scent of roses trailing her.
